Support
Questions, problems or feedback about Jotlift.
We get back to you, usually within a few days. If you are reporting a problem, it helps to say which device and app version you are on, and what you were doing when it happened.
Do I need an account to use Jotlift?
No. Logging works fully offline and no account is needed. Adding an account backs your data up, so a new phone is not a fresh start.
I bought Jotlift Pro and it is not showing
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, email us and tell us the store account you bought it on, and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel Jotlift Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by the app store rather than by us, so they are cancelled in your store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I get my data out?
Open Settings in the app, go to Your data, and choose Export your data. The export is a file you keep. With Pro you can also export to a spreadsheet from the web dashboard.
I am moving to a new phone
Open Settings, go to Your data, and use Move to a new device on the old phone and Moving from another phone on the new one. If you have an account, signing in restores your data instead.
The dashboard shows nothing
The dashboard reads the data your phone has already backed up. If you have not signed in on the phone yet, there is nothing to show. Sign in there first, then reload the dashboard.
A progression message looks wrong
Jotlift says to go up after three workouts at the same weight where you mostly hit the same reps, and it shows the count it is working from, so you can check it against your own history. It never asks you to go down. If it still looks wrong, email us with the exercise and what you expected, and we will look into it.
How do I delete my account?
See deleting your account and data. It covers both ways to do it, and exactly what is removed and what is kept.
