Effective date: 6 July 2026
These terms cover your use of the Jotlift app. Jotlift is operated by Issa Zangana (ABN 55 482 265 411), a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia, trading as Jotlift. By using Jotlift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Jotlift is a workout logging app. The free version is a full offline logger, with an optional free account that backs up your data so you can restore it. A paid subscription adds live sync across your devices, the progression engine, routines, and Trends.
You do not need an account to use the free logger. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law requires, to use Jotlift.
Jotlift Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is AUD $9.99 per month or AUD $79.99 per year, shown in your local currency at purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside Jotlift. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period, and your data stays. We do not offer a free trial.
Your workout data is yours. You can export it at any time, and import it into a new device. To run backup and sync, you give us permission to store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account removes your stored data as described on our account deletion page.
Please use Jotlift for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or our systems, and do not use Jotlift to break the law.
Jotlift is a logging and planning tool, not a source of medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Its progression suggestions are simple rules applied to what you have logged, and they are not tailored to your health or circumstances. You are responsible for training safely and within your ability. Speak to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, and stop if you feel unwell or in pain.
We work to keep Jotlift running well, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
To the extent the law allows, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because your data lives on your device and, if you choose, in backup, we encourage you to keep your own exports.
You can stop using Jotlift and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
